Here's a step that will save you a great deal of time after the show. Write your follow-up letter now. Place it in a file in your computer, and leave space for the potential dealer's name and address. Always leave space for a ‘PS' to add a personal, handwritten comment referring back to a conversation you had with them. Then, you or your assistant will be able to follow up quickly after the show.
